This unusual small tree is a stark contrast to the traditional range of red fruited Sorbus. As the name suggests 'White Wax' produces large bunches of clear white fruits held on red stems. The pinnate leaves are a pleasing mid green colouring well in autumn. It makes a superb specimen tree for a small garden, the white fruits lasting well into autumn as the birds seem to avoid them.
