Sorbus aria 'Magnifica' is a strong growing whitebeam tree with a conical shaped head. The large leaves first appear with white down, later turning a glossy dark green colour on top and silvery white on the undersides. The foliage is held long into the autumn. The white flowers appear in May and are followed by small orange-red fruits in the autumn.
