Prunus 'Pink Parasol' is one of the most beautiful and distinctive of all the Japanese flowering cherries with its graceful spreading habit. The branches become covered in long stemmed, large, pale-pink flowers, packed with petals which surround their green centres. This flowering cherry was first introduced to the UK from Japan in 1993.
